Tournament Information

General Information

Age Divisions: 8U,  9U, 10U, 11U, 12U
Athlete ages are based on actual age on April 30 of the current year. 

Location:  M-60 Diamonds Youth Ballpark Complex 8380 M-60, Union City, MI 49094

Number of Games: 3 game minimum (Exception: 8U Coach Pitch has 4 game minimum

Awards: Champions - trophies; Runner-up team - medals 

Game balls: each team provides 1 game ball per game

# of Teams: Varies by date

Entry Fee Payment: Tournament Entry fees listed by name above (Use of Venmo include $15 to cover fees)

Gate: $5 per person

Food Options: Concessions on site; 

Registration: General registration is currently open. 

• Registration AND receipt of payment secures your team's spot.  Payment info is also on the registration form.

• Rules & game schedule will be emailed to coaches no later than 5 days prior to the tournament start.

Refund Policy: 

• Tournament cancellation for team’s age division - full refund 

• Inclement weather: 

  • 2 or 3 games played - no refund

  • 1 game played - 50% refund

• Team Cancellation: 

  • Full fee refund for cancellations up to 3 weeks prior to tournament 

  • Fee minus $100 for cancellations between 3 weeks prior and 2 weeks prior

  • No refund for cancellations made less than 2 weeks prior to tournament date

Field Dimensions:

• 8U Coach Pitch: 40 ft (pitching); 60 ft (bases)

• 9U & 10U: 46 ft (pitching); 60 ft (bases)

• 11U & 12U: 50 ft (pitching); 70 ft (bases)
