Organized league play for 10U, 12U and 14U
Odd number aged teams (9U, 11U, 13U) play up
Age is actual age on April 30 of current year
2 Levels of play:
Club for 10U, 12U, 14U - 6 weeks of play followed by 1 week of single-elimination tournament play
Recreation (Rec) for 10U or 12U - 4 weeks of play followed by 1 week of single-elimination tournament play
Teams provide for home games:
Home field
This includes grooming and chalking so it is ready for play
New baseballs
Umpires
Preference is for certified umps
Preference for 2 umpires - 1 behind the plate, 1 in field of play
Each team is responsible for having liability insurance
Registration fee covers:
Preseason Coaches meeting
Scheduling for weekly game play
Scheduling of a signle-elmination end of season tournament
All-Star Game for 10U & 12U only
Maintaining league standings through season

League Runner-Ups: medals
Seeding: Regular season standings (as submitted by coaches) will be used to seed teams into the League Tournament.

14U tournaments will be held at a site TBD
Field Dimensions:
10U Baseball: 46 ft (pitching); 60 ft (bases)
12U Baseball: 50 ft (pitching); 70 ft (bases)
14U Baseball: 54 ft (pitching); 80 ft (bases)
60 ft (pitching); 90 ft (bases) may be used if necessary

Home Team: Higher seed will determine the home team.
Official book: Home team is the official book.
Game Length: 6 inning games
Game Start: First pitch is the official start time.
Time Limit:
Baseball: 1 hour 30 minutes per game
Softball: 75 minutes per game
Forfeits: Game time is forfeit time, unless the delay is put in place by M-60 Diamonds personnel or caused by the previous game’s completion.
Mercy Run Rule: 12 after 3, 10 after 4, 8 after 5
Run Limits: same as league play games (varies by age division)
Weather & Other Impacts:
Tournament may be played in adverse weather conditions as long as it is deemed safe.
The tournament director reserves the right to change the tournament format as he sees fit in order to complete the tournament in the scheduled time period.
In the event that a game is stopped, the following will apply:
If prior to 3 complete innings, it will be declared a suspended game and shall be resumed at the exact point of suspension (time limit, mercy and tiebreaker rules apply).
If after 3 complete innings, it shall be ruled a complete game from the last completed inning
When it is tied after being declared a complete game, tie breaker rules will apply.
M-60 Diamonds Director shall have the final decision on all tournament questions. The director’s interpretation of both the aforementioned rules and regulations and additional details provided at a later date shall be final. The director reserves the right to decide all tournament matters.
All Star Game Information
Participants: Head coach of each team will submit their own athletes participating in the All-Star game.
Participant Submission Window: Submissions will be submitted the first half of June using a provided form..
Number of Participants per Team: Number of participants will be divided evenly between teams to ensure a minimum of 22 participants are available to play.
Each participant will receive an All-Star game t-shirt.
